# OS-46 A light (ISO46/SAE20), non-detergent, synthetic 0il for general purpose use. Clear, slight amber color, contains additives to resist extreme heat, pressure, oxidation and water absorption. Has superb lubricating qualities, will not become gummy, and is compatible with most plastics and other lubricants. Can be used with ABS, Delrin, Nylon, Polystyrene, Phenolic, Teflon, Polyurethane, Nitrile and Viton. Not recommended for use with Polycarbonate, PVC, Butyl Rubber or SBR. Operating range: -45F to 425F.
Coming Soon: # OS-68 A light/medium (ISO68/SAE20-30), premium synthetic oil, translucent clear/white color and non-toxic (USDA H-1). Will reduce friction and wear between moving parts, protects against corrosion and will not gum up. Compatible with plastics and most other lubricants. Can be mixed with #OST-220 oil and #GST-2 grease to change viscosity. Operating range; -45F to 450F

# GST-2 A medium weight (NLGI-2), premium synthetic grease with microscopic PTFE (Teflon) particles to reduce friction and wear. Translucent clear/white color and non-toxic (USDA rated H-1). Helps prevent corrosion, impervious to salt water, dielectric, will not drip, run, seperate or become gummy. Compatible with plastics and most other lubricants. Can be mixed with #OS-68 and #OST-220 oils to change viscosity. Operating range -45F to 450F

IMPORTANT: Our products are NOT FOR MEDICAL USE. They are for Hobby & Industrial use only. They are Non-Sterile and the needles are blunt tip.
Needles are 304 stainless steel with permanently attached Leur Lock hubs made of polypropylene. This combination of materials offers excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and long life. These needles are available in many gauge diameters, and will fit all of our bottle tops and syringes with Leur Lock ports.
Tapered Tips are made of one piece molded polypropylene plastic for excellent chemical resistance. The Luer Lock hub is molded in, and the tip opening is available in assorted gauge diameters. These tips will fit all of our bottle tops and syringes, and are perfect for use where a non-scratching, softer tip is required or when more viscous materials are to be applied.
Bottles & Tops are made of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) with the bottles being clear/translucent, allowing liquid levels to be seen. They have excellent chemical resistance, and the bottles are easy to squeeze for accurate dispensing. The bottle tops have a molded in Leur Lock port, and will accept all of our Leur Lock needles, tips, covers and caps.
Syringes are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) with a Nitrile plunger tip for excellent chemical resistance, ease of use and long life. They are clearly marked in CC's for accurate dispensing and have a molded-in Leur Lock port to accept all of our Leur Lock needles, tips, covers and caps.
Needle Covers are made of clear/translucent polypropylene and are a push-on fit over the needle hub. When installed, they cover the upper portion of the needle hub, and protect the needle as well as the user when the applicator is not in use. Needle covers are not leak proof, and do not seal the end of the needle (see "Caps" below).
Caps are made of polypropylene and are designed to seal the Leur Lock port of a bottle or syringe when the needle or tip has been removed. The cap should be installed to prevent leakage or evaporation when the bottle or syringe is stored or transported.
